Temple Lomi Lomi/Swedish
Temple Lomi Lomi uses a Ha-(breath of life) technique that increases blood flow. I have modified it for the purpose of bringing oxygen back into the muscles using a gentle shimmering, continuous motion of thee effleurage stroke. This brings you to a relaxed and rejuvenated state using a type of Hawaiian massage art.
Swedish Massage is your traditional Western Classical Massage practiced almost everywhere. This technique may use but not limited to effleurage, petrissage, tapotement and kneading.
Upgrades add $20 to service: Deep Tissue, Sports, Deep Lomi Lomi, Cupping, Hot Stones
Therapist may arrive 15-30 min early prior to the appointment to set up and have you fill out an intake form. Massage does come with complementary aroma therapy. The information I'll need is the type of service, time, date, and location to complete the appointment.
Hapai (prenatal service)
Reduce stress and tension focusing on prenatal care. With side laying techniques from light to firm pressure and pillows to maximize your comfort. Enjoy the bliss of just focusing on you and the treatment your body deserves.
Please Note: Deep Tissue and massages longer then 60 min may cause unease strain and/or labor inducing trigger points and is not serviced for prenatal care.
Aroma Therapy
Filling your senses with essential herbs or Hawaiian aromatics to your therapeutic massage. Using a base oil, essential oil is used as a starting inhalation as your Free aroma therapy. While complementary aroma therapy starts with deep inhalations of the aromatics, the paid aroma allows the you to be engulfed as the atmosphere is filled with the scent of your choice. At the end of the service you will receive a little bottle with pure essential oil that was placed in front of you in the beginning of the service.
Nourishing Scalp oil
Using 2-3 drops of seed/fruit oil is applied to help stimulate the scalp for conditioning or repair. This treatment includes a gentle scalp massage, incorporating into the hair as well. more drops may be used depending on length of hair.
Pohaku (Hot Stone Therapy)
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Cupping Therapy
Using negative pressure to lift the muscle bringing new red blood cells back into the muscles making them more supple and rushing oxygen back into the muscles. This helps for those who may like deep tissue but can't put too much pressure on bones such as scapula (shoulder), C1-C7 (neck area), illiac (Hips) area, knees, etc.
Deep Compression Therapy
For 60 minutes we are targeting to renew the body as we work on the deep layers and blood circulation of the back muscle. Breaking up tissue to increase mobility and physical activities in your daily life. Cupping techniques are used along with eucalyptus cooling effects to help open blood vessels and a couple drops of nourishing scalp oil. Optimal for those with low back pain, migraine, anxiety or neck, shoulder tension.
Facial Muscle Toning
The NuFace Trinity; a microcurrent device used for face and neck. It's been clinically proven for benefits of microcurrent technology which provides a low-level electrical current, sending soft, gentle waves through the skin and down to the facial muscles. This customizable treatment tightens for instant results. Great to have right before a wedding to slim the under the chin. This treatment adds an extra 10 minutes to your service great to have right before a special occasion.

High Maintenance Performance Package
Weather its your job or sport that's physically demanding, this package helps you recover faster, relieving muscle soreness and tension. Highly recommended from your recent hike, swim, or run. This includes but not limited to deep tissue, trigger point, Sports techniques and a Pohaku (Hot Stone) treatment.
Infrared Light Therapy
Like a nirvana, rejuvenation for your skin. Must book a day ahead of time to prepare the machine. Goggles are provided and used for eye protection. Using other various colors use all, two or one color for benefits as follows:
Red Infrared light: Increase collagen, promote firmness, reduce muscle soreness and inflammation.
Blue light: has an anti bacterial property prevents acne causing bacteria, regulate sebum production, reduce oiliness.
Green light: Targets hyper pigmentation, even out skin tone, promotes clear and even complexion; reducing spots.
Yellow light: Calming and soothing, reduce redness and inflammation like rosacea, good for sensitive skin.
Purple light: like Red and Blue benefits put together; Promotes collagen, firmness, reduces muscle pain, inflammation and helps with acne causing bacteria.
Orange: Helps with cell metabolism, cell regeneration, improves skin elasticity/skin texture.
Luxury Package
Specifically designed to give you thee best treatment massage can offer. This only available two hour massage includes lavender and Hawaiian aromatics, Purple Light Therapy to calm the skin and boost collagen production along with a few drops of nourishing scalp oil to help stimulate a healthy scalp, NuFace muscle toning of the face and neck and choice of Deep Tissue or Hot Stones to ease muscle tension normally a $485 value. Must be booked a day in advance to prepare for service. Great right before a wedding to look your best, feeling radiant and relaxed.
